These Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Doubles are open to any FPUSA member, and only FPUSA members may participate. Players are encouraged to wear team apparel. Follow the link below to the FPUSA site and the registration form. And remember: Pre-registration is required. So register on-line or get those forms in the mail with your check or Zelle payment. There are separate forms for Saturday’s Men’s & Women’s Doubles and Sunday’s Mixed Doubles.
